1.
Our Organisation

NORTHPOINT is an international alternative asset management group with offices in North America and Asia. The firm engages reputable international professional services firms and expects these suppliers to operate to the highest ethical standards. The firm considers there to be a low risk of modern slavery in its direct supply chain.

Our Approach and Policies

NORTHPOINT has a zero tolerance approach to forced labour in its business and supply chain, and expects all direct and indirect suppliers and portfolio companies to adopt the same approach. This commitment is detailed in the firm’s Responsible Investment Policy and employee handbook.

Risk Assessment

NORTHPOINT has performed a risk assessment identifying potential high-risk suppliers by sector, geographical location, and service type. The firm continues to consider the risk of modern slavery in its supply chain to be low and continues to monitor the position.

NORTHPOINT Portfolio Companies

NORTHPOINT acknowledges that modern slavery risks extend beyond its own supply chain to those of the portfolio companies it invests in. The firm factors modern slavery issues into its pre- and post-investment processes.

Training and Awareness

NORTHPOINT reinforces its approach through organisation-wide periodic training on modern slavery and human trafficking, with targeted training for employees for whom these considerations are most relevant.
