NorthPoint is privately owned and acts only as principal. Its standards apply to every transaction, investment and relationship.
We work within the sanctions, anti-money-laundering, anti-corruption and trade-control rules of every jurisdiction we deal in.

We do not deal with persons, entities, vessels or jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions. Counterparties, their owners and the vessels we use are screened before every transaction.
We identify and verify our counterparties and their beneficial owners before we trade, and refresh that work as relationships continue.
We do not offer, pay, solicit or accept bribes or facilitation payments, directly or through others.
We comply with export controls and trade restrictions in each jurisdiction we deal in.
We handle personal data in line with applicable data-protection law, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
We expect the same standards from the supply chains we work in, as set out in our Responsible Sourcing statement.
